«باشا الدولارات» خدمةٌ مجانيةٌ تعرض معلوماتٍ استرشاديةً عن السوق للاستعمال الشخصيّ. الأسعارُ ليست عرضاً للبيع أو الشراء ولا نصيحةً مالية، وقد تتأخّر أو تختلف عن سعر الصرّاف — فتحقّق دائماً من السعر عند الصرّاف قبل أيّ معاملة.
الأسعارُ كما يعرضها التطبيق، والتصميمُ والاسمُ والشعارُ والنصوصُ والشيفرة — كلُّها ملكٌ لـ«باشا الدولارات»، ومحميّةٌ بهذه الشروط وبالقوانين المعمول بها.
ونحتفظ بحقّ حجب أيّ جهازٍ أو عنوانٍ أو جهةٍ تخالف هذه الشروط، دون إنذارٍ مسبق.
تُقدَّم الخدمةُ «كما هي» دون أيّ ضمانٍ لدقّتها أو استمرارها. ولا يتحمّل «باشا الدولارات» أيَّ مسؤوليةٍ عن خسارةٍ أو ضررٍ ينتج عن الاعتماد على الأسعار المعروضة أو عن انقطاع الخدمة.
ما نجمعه وما لا نجمعه مفصّلٌ في سياسة الخصوصية.
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ويُكتب تاريخُ آخر تحديثٍ أعلى الصفحة. واستمرارُك في الاستعمال بعده موافقةٌ على الشروط المحدَّثة.

The prices as shown in the app, and its design, name, logo, texts and code belong to Dollar Pasha.
You may use the app for yourself and your daily work, and share a price with a friend or in a private chat via the share button or a screenshot, unchanged and with the Dollar Pasha name.
You may not: scrape the prices with software or bots, or take them from outside the app and website; regularly republish or broadcast the prices in another app, website, page or group, sell them, or build a service on them without our written permission; decompile, reverse-engineer or copy the app or its code; remove the Dollar Pasha name from shared prices or images, or impersonate it; or use the service in a way that burdens or disrupts it for others. We may block any device, address or party that breaks these terms without prior notice.
The service is provided “as is”, without any warranty of accuracy or availability, and Dollar Pasha is not liable for any loss or damage from relying on the displayed prices or from service interruptions.
