التطبيق لا يطلب حساباً ولا تسجيلاً، ولا يجمع اسمك ولا رقمك ولا بريدك ولا موقعك (سوى البلدِ في عدٍّ مجهولٍ كما يأتي)، ولا يحتوي على أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات أو إعلانات من أي طرف ثالث. ولا يصلنا منك نصٌّ إلا ما تكتبه بنفسك وترسله في «اسأل باشا» (أدناه)، ويصل معه إصدارُ التطبيق وسعرُ دولار بغداد الظاهرُ على شاشتك. وكلُّ ذلك إلا ما تختار حفظه بنفسك إن سجّلت الدخول — وهو اختياريّ (قسم «الحساب الاختياريّ» أدناه).
اختياراتك — اللغة، والمحافظة المفضّلة، وترتيب البطاقات، وإعدادات الصوت، وما تكتبه في «مدخراتي» من مبالغ وأسعار شراء وتواريخ — تُحفظ في ذاكرة المتصفح على جهازك وحده (localStorage)، ولا تُرسل إلينا إلا ما تختار إرساله بنفسك حين تفعّل التنبيهات (انظر «المعالجة التقنية للبيانات» أدناه)، ولغةَ الواجهة التي تُرسل مع عدّ الاستخدام المجهول، وهل في «مدخراتي» إدخالٌ أم لا (نعم أو لا فقط — دون أيِّ مبلغٍ أو سعرٍ أو تاريخ) (أدناه)، وما ترسله في «اسأل باشا» (أدناه). حذف بيانات التطبيق من جهازك يمحوها نهائياً.
يمكنك — إن شئت — تسجيلُ الدخول بآبل أو Google أو تطبيق مراسلة أو بريدك الإلكترونيّ لتحفظ إعداداتك ومدخراتك وديونك وملاحظاتك ومواعيدك وتستعيدها على هاتفٍ آخر. عندها نحفظ على خادمنا: معرّفاً يعطيه مزوّدُ الدخول، وبريدَك إن أعطاه المزوّد أو كتبته (وقد يكون بريدَ آبل المخفيّ)، واسماً إن كتبته، ونسخةً من تلك البيانات مشفّرةً على الخادم. لا نطلب رقم هاتفك، ومن تطبيق المراسلة نحفظ معرّفَ الحساب وحده لا اسمَه ولا رقمَه. لا نبيع هذه البيانات ولا نشاركها ولا نستعملها لإعلان، ويُرسَل رمزُ الدخول بالبريد عبر خدمة إرسال بريدٍ لهذا الغرض وحده. تستطيع حذف حسابك وكلِّ بياناته من الخادم نهائياً في أيّ وقت من «الإعدادات ← الحساب ← إدارة الحساب ← حذف حسابي»، وما على هاتفك يبقى.

تُستعمل لحماية الخدمة وتشخيص الأعطال فقط، ولا تُربط بهوية أحد ولا
تُشارك مع أي جهة. هويتك ولا يرتبط باسمٍ أو رقمٍ أو موقع، ويرسله مع نوع الجهاز (آيفون أو
أندرويد أو موقع) ولغةِ الواجهة ورقمِ نسخة التطبيق إلى خادمنا مرّةً في الدقيقة تقريباً ما دام التطبيق
مفتوحاً. ولا يخزّن خادمنا الرقمَ نفسَه بل بصمةً مشفَّرةً منه (SHA-256)، ولا يحفظ عنوانَ الإنترنت (IP) معه. ويعرف خادمُنا من شبكة Cloudflare التي يمرّ بها الاتصال بلدَك وحدَه — لا مدينتك ولا عنوانك — فيضيفه إلى عددٍ يوميٍّ مجمَّعٍ للبلدان لا يُحفظ معه رقمُك. ويُرسل في الطلب نفسِه أيضاً هل في أداة «مدخراتي» أيُّ إدخالٍ أم لا (نعم أو لا فقط — أمّا ما كتبتَه فيها من مبالغ وأصناف وأسعار وتواريخ فلا يُرسل أبداً)، فيضيفه خادمُنا مرّةً واحدةً لكلِّ جهازٍ في اليوم إلى عددٍ يوميٍّ مجمَّعٍ آخرَ لا يُحفظ معه رقمُك. لا يُشارك مع أي جهة، ويُمحى من خادمنا بعد ٣٠ يوماً من عدم
الاستخدام، ونسختُه على جهازك تُمحى بحذف بيانات التطبيق. اختياراتُ التنبيه وحدَها: اللغة، والمحافظاتُ التي
تتابعها، والأسواقُ (ذهب أو تومان أو ليرة…)، ودرجةُ الحساسية، وملخّصا
الصباح والمساء، والأهدافُ السعرية التي كتبتَها، وساعةٌ واحدةٌ تقريبيةٌ
لتوقيت ملخّص الصباح على عادتك. لا اسمَ ولا رقمَ ولا بريدَ ولا موقع. ويحفظ خادمُنا كذلك سجلَّ التنبيهات التي وصلت جهازك:
عنوانَ كلِّ تنبيهٍ ونصَّه ورابطَه ووقتَه، ثلاثين يوماً وحتى مئتي تنبيه، مربوطاً ببصمةٍ مشفّرةٍ من عنوان الدفع لا بالعنوان نفسِه، ليعرضه
عليك التطبيقُ في «إشعاراتي» وفي «ليش ما وصلني إشعار؟»، ولا يقرؤه إلا جهازُك. ويُستعمل ذلك لإرسال التنبيهات وحدها — لا يُباع ولا يُشارَك ولا يُربط
بأيّ خدمةٍ أخرى. وإيقافُ التنبيهات من التطبيق يحذف الصفَّ وسجلَّ تنبيهاته من قاعدتنا
نهائياً، وكذلك يحذفهما رفضُ جهازك للإشعارات أو حذفُك للتطبيق (يُحذفان
تلقائياً بعد تكرار فشل الإرسال).

مشفَّرةً منه (SHA-256) — فلا يُربط باسمك ولا برقمك ولا بعنوان الإنترنت (IP)، ولا تُكتب طلباتُ «اسأل باشا»
في سجلات التشغيل. ويُحفظ معه لغةُ الواجهة ونوعُ الجهاز، وأمران إضافيّان مع كلِّ رسالة يراهما صاحبُ التطبيق معها: إصدارُ التطبيق الذي ترسل منه، وسعرُ الدولار في بغداد الظاهرُ على شاشتك لحظةَ الإرسال — يُحفظان مع هذه المحادثة وحدَها (لا مع رقم عدّ الاستخدام) ويُحذفان معها بعد ٩٠ يوماً أو حين تضغط «احذف محادثتي»؛ ولا يُحفظ معها بلدُك ولا مدينتُك. وإن كانت تنبيهاتُك مفعّلةً رُبط بها عنوانُ الدفع
لتصلك جملةٌ عامّة «وصلك ردّ من باشا» لا تحمل نصَّ الردّ. وتُخفى الروابطُ والبريدُ من رسالتك (أمّا رقمُ هاتفٍ تكتبه بنفسك فيُحفظ كما كتبته)
تلقائياً قبل حفظها. لا يقرأ الرسائلَ إلا صاحبُ التطبيق وحدَه، ويستلمها ويردّ عليها عبر خدمة مراسلةٍ خارجية،
فتبقى نسخةٌ منها في محادثته هناك، ومن صفحةٍ خاصّةٍ على خادمنا تُفتح من داخل تلك الخدمة له وحدَه ولا يفتحها غيرُه.
ويرى صاحبُ التطبيق هل قرأتَ ردَّه، وهل «اسأل باشا» مفتوحةٌ عندك الآن أو متى فتحتَها آخرَ مرّة — وقتٌ واحدٌ يُحفظ مع هذه
المحادثة وحدَها ويُحذف معها، وقد يكتب لها اسماً يتذكّرها به لا يصلك ولا يُعرض لأحد. وإن كانت لغةُ تطبيقك الإنجليزيةَ أو التركية فإنّ ردَّه يمرّ على خدمة ترجمةٍ آليةٍ خارجية، ورسالتُك كذلك — بعد إخفاء ما سبق — فقط إن ضغطتَ «أسمح»؛ أمّا العربيةُ والكرديةُ
والفارسيةُ فلا تُرسل إلى أيّ خدمة ترجمة. وإن ضغطتَ «أسمح» داخل «اسأل باشا» (ولا يحدث هذا بغير ذلك) تُرسَل رسالتُك بأيّ لغةٍ — بعد إخفاء الروابط والبريد وأرقام الهواتف — إلى خدمة ذكاءٍ اصطناعيٍّ خارجية تقترح على صاحب التطبيق مسودّاتِ ردّ؛ يراجعها هو بنفسه ولا يصلك منها إلا ما يختاره ويرسله، ويمكنك التراجع في أي وقت. تُمحى الرسائلُ من خادمنا بعد ٩٠ يوماً ولا تدخل نسخَنا الاحتياطية، وزرُّ «احذف محادثتي»
يمحوها فوراً من خادمنا ومن جهازك ويمحو نصَّها من بطاقات البوت متى أمكن. ولا تُستعمل لغير الردّ عليك،
ولا تُنشر ولا تُباع. وتنبيه: باشا لا يطلب منك مالاً ولا رقمَ بطاقةٍ ولا تحويلاً أبداً — من يفعل ذلك باسمه محتال.
الأسعار المعروضة معلومات استرشادية عن السوق، وليست عرضاً للبيع أو الشراء ولا نصيحة مالية. تحقّق دائماً من السعر عند الصرّاف قبل أي معاملة.
التطبيق عرضٌ عام للأسعار ولا يستهدف الأطفال، ولا يطلب منهم — ولا من غيرهم — أي بيانات شخصية؛ ورسائلُ «اسأل باشا» بلا اسمٍ ولا بريد، وتُخفى منها الروابطُ والبريدُ تلقائياً (ورقمُ هاتفٍ تكتبه بنفسك يُحفظ كما كتبته).
شروطُ استعمال التطبيق والموقع (ومنها منعُ النسخ الآليّ وإعادةِ نشر الأسعار) في شروط الاستخدام.

This app requires no account and collects no personal data — no name,
phone, email, or location (beyond an anonymous count of countries, described below) — and no text from
you except what you write and send yourself in “Ask Pasha” (described below), which also carries the app version and the Baghdad dollar price shown on your screen. It contains no third-party trackers,
analytics, or ads. Your preferences (language, favorite province, card
order, voice settings, and the amounts, purchase prices and dates you enter in "My Savings") are stored only on your device via localStorage
and never sent to us — except what you choose to send when you turn
notifications on, and the interface language sent with the anonymous usage count below, and whether “My Savings”
holds any entry (yes or no only — never any amount, price or date) — and what you send in
“Ask Pasha”. them; enabling stores one row on our server holding the push endpoint or
device token generated by your browser or phone (not created by us and
not tied to your identity) together with your alert choices only:
language, the provinces and markets you follow, alert sensitivity, the
morning and evening digests, any price targets you typed, and a single
approximate hour used to time the morning digest. No name, phone, email
or location. Our server also keeps a log of the alerts delivered to your
device (each alert’s title, text, link and time) for 30 days and up to 200
alerts, keyed to a one-way hash of the push endpoint rather than the
endpoint itself, so the app can show it in “My notifications” and in “Why
didn’t I get a notification?”; only your device can read it. It is used to send those alerts and nothing else, is never
sold or shared, and turning notifications off deletes the row and its alert log

standard access logs (IP address and time) used solely for security and
troubleshooting; they are not linked to any identity and never shared.

number that does not identify you and sends it, with the device type
(iPhone, Android or website), the interface language and the app version, about once a minute while the app is open; our server keeps only a one-way hash (SHA-256) of that number, never the number itself or your IP address;
from Cloudflare, the network our connections pass through, our server learns only your country — not your city or address — and adds it to an aggregate daily count of countries that is not stored with your number;
your device also sends, in the same request, whether the “My Savings” tool holds any entry at all (yes or no only — what you write in it, such as amounts, kinds, prices and dates, is never sent), and our server adds that, once per device per day, to another aggregate daily count that is not stored with your number;
it is never shared and is deleted from our server after 30 days without
use. and the owner's reply are stored on our server linked only to a random number your device generates for
this conversation (separate from the usage-count number); our server keeps only a one-way hash (SHA-256)
of it — never your name, phone number or IP address — and these requests are not written to the access
logs. With each message we also store two details that the owner sees alongside it: the version of the app you send from, and the Baghdad dollar price shown on your screen when you press send. They are kept only with this conversation (never with the usage-count number) and are deleted with it after 90 days or when you tap “Delete my conversation”; your country and city are not stored with it. Emails and links are masked automatically before saving; a phone number you choose to write is kept as written. Only the app's owner reads
the messages; he receives and answers them through an external messaging service, so a copy also stays in his chat there, and through an owner-only page on our server opened from inside that service. He can see whether you have read his reply and whether “Ask Pasha” is open on your device now or when you last opened it — a single time stored with this conversation only and deleted with it — and he may give the conversation a private name to remember it by, which is never sent to you or shown to anyone. If your app language is English or Turkish, your (masked) message and his reply pass through an external machine-translation service; Arabic,
Kurdish and Persian are never sent to a translation service. If your alerts are on, a generic “You have a
reply from Pasha” alert is sent — never the reply text. Messages are deleted from our server after 90 days,
are excluded from our backups, and “Delete my conversation” erases them immediately from our server and your
device. It contains no name, phone number, location, IP address or anything you typed; web addresses lose their query parts, and email addresses, IP addresses and long numbers are masked before saving. Similar reports are merged into one counted entry, seen only by the app owner to fix the fault, who receives an alert for each new fault and its details through a private bot on an external messaging service, so that service also keeps a copy in that bot chat; never shared with anyone else, and deleted 60 days after they last occur.
Pasha never asks you for money, card numbers or transfers — anyone who does in his name is a scammer.

If you wish, you can sign in with Apple, Google, a messaging app or your email to save your settings, savings, debts, notes and dates and restore them on another phone. We then store on our server: an identifier given by the sign-in provider, your email if the provider shares it or you type it (it may be Apple's private relay address), a name if you enter one, and a copy of that data encrypted on the server. We never ask for your phone number; from the messaging app we keep only the account identifier, not its name or number. We do not sell, share or use this data for advertising, and sign-in codes are sent through an email delivery service for that purpose only. You can permanently delete your account and all its data from our server at any time in “Settings → Account → Manage account → Delete my account”; what is on your phone stays.
